Sylvestra from Colefax & Fowler is a woven patterned stripe with a wonderfully rich texture and a crafted feel, from the elegant Romilly collection. The design draws its inspiration from antique kilim textiles, weaving together textured stripes with narrower bands of geometric motifs and soft chenille. A mottled ground adds a subtle depth that brings out the fabric's many-layered surface and creates a genuinely warm and inviting feel in the room.

Thanks to its full handle and fine blend of cotton, linen and wool, Sylvestra is ideal for softly draped curtains as well as upholstery on a much-loved armchair or a classic sofa. Pair it with plain linens to let the textured design come forward, or complement it with dark woods and warm metals for a harmonious, cosy whole.
