How long is the delivery time?
Stocked products are delivered within 3–7 working days. Wallpapers and fabrics are made to order and are ordered from and dispatched by the mills — allow up to 10 days. Other made-to-order items take 4–12 weeks. Bespoke furniture and made-to-measure curtains take 8–16 weeks. The exact time is stated when you order.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on wallpaper over 500 kr and fabric over 2500 kr. For furniture and other products, shipping is calculated based on weight, size and delivery address. It is shown at checkout before payment.
Do you deliver outside Sweden?
Yes, we deliver within the EU. Contact us for a quote; delivery outside Sweden is calculated individually.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders for stocked items can be changed or cancelled up until the order has been picked (normally within 24 hours). Made-to-order and bespoke items cannot be cancelled once the order confirmation has been approved.
Can I get samples of wallpapers and fabrics?
Yes, we send free samples of all wallpapers and fabrics. Order via the product page or contact us directly.
How many rolls of wallpaper do I need?
Send us the measurements of the room and we'll work out the exact number, free of charge. We never want you to order too much or too little.
Can I have a particular piece of furniture in a different fabric or upholstery?
Most sofas and armchairs can be ordered in any fabric from our suppliers. Contact us and we'll help you with options and pricing.
Does a consultation cost anything?
In our showroom and online, consultations are always free of charge. Home visits are charged by quote, but the cost is refunded on purchases over 50.000 kr.
Can I book a viewing outside normal opening hours?
Yes, contact us and we'll book a time that suits you, including evenings and Sundays if needed.
Do you work with businesses and hotels?
Absolutely. We have long experience of B2B projects for offices, hotels, restaurants and showrooms. Contact us to discuss your project.
Which payment methods do you offer?
Card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna (invoice and part payment), Swish and bank giro.
What is your right of withdrawal?
14 days' right of withdrawal on stocked items bought via the website. Wallpapers and fabrics are made to order and are not covered by the right of withdrawal, nor are other made-to-order items, bespoke pieces and display models. See our terms of purchase for details.
What applies in the event of a complaint?
We always provide the statutory 3-year right of complaint. For many pieces of furniture (e.g. Brittfurn's Chesterfield sofas) we offer an extended guarantee of up to 10 years.
