Armac Martin – solid brass hardware
Family-owned craftsmanship from Birmingham since 1929.
Armac Martin has been making hardware in Birmingham since 1929 and is still run by the same family. By working exclusively in solid brass, the company has built a strong reputation for hardware that combines genuine craftsmanship with timeless design. The material ages beautifully and over time develops a natural patina that gives each piece its own character.
Manufacturing takes place in the company's own brass works, where every detail is worked and finished with great precision. The same model can take on an entirely new expression depending on the finish – from polished brass to darker, antiqued surfaces. The range encompasses both pared-back forms and more classic models with fluted or profiled details.
At Brittfurn you'll find Armac Martin hardware in the form of knobs and handles for kitchens, bathrooms and furniture. Changing your hardware is an easy way to refresh a kitchen or give a piece of furniture a new look without undertaking a major renovation. Brass works especially well with wood, natural stone and painted joinery, and suits classic and modern interiors alike.
The choice of finish affects the overall impression at least as much as the form itself. In our showroom in Ă–stermalm, Stockholm, you can compare different finishes, feel the difference between the models and get advice on which hardware best suits your project.
”A small handle makes a big impression.”
