We have solid experience of renovations, conversions and new builds, and so we know what matters when choosing tradespeople. We work only with building firms and tradespeople who have the experience your particular project requires, and we gather quotes from different companies. We handle the entire negotiation process and help you find the right tradespeople at the right price.

Brittfurn's interior architects can develop an interior concept for your home, where together with you we arrive at a style that suits you and your lifestyle. We make sure the interior reflects your personal style and creates a clear thread running through every room in the home. To give you a clear picture of the end result, we also create a 3D model that gives you a lifelike view of specific furniture and colour proposals in relation to the floor plan.

Brittfurn can manage the entire renovation and interior design process. We take responsibility for every phase of the renovation: we coordinate with tradespeople, carry out and coordinate all purchases and draw up a schedule. We begin every project with a needs analysis, review the current floor plan and make a home visit together with a surveyor. We then look at what needs to be done and what you as the client want to do. We review the budget for the project and draw up an initial plan.

Next, we produce the drawings needed to obtain planning permission or approval from the housing association, along with quotes from the tradespeople. We make sure to match you with the right tradespeople and joiners, and we also manage the whole process. We handle all purchasing and logistics, and design and furnish the home. We do everything from start to finish so that you as the client can feel confident throughout the process.
