Description

An ornate velvet fabric woven with a viscose pile on a flat ground and cross-dyed to create a rich, two-tone effect with the velvet outline in a darker shade of the background. The medium-sized design of a scrolling oval damask motif is similar to the style often used by Fortuny in his work and is suitable for curtains and strict contract upholstery use.
