Pimpernel ritades 1876 av William Morris, mönsterregistrerat i februari samma år, och här möter teckningen ett modernt format: dubbelbredd för sömlösa gardinvåder.

Med 304 cm bredd används tyget liggande — våden blir sömlös oavsett fönstrets bredd. Det ger renare fall och mindre spill än vid skarvade våder.

Mönsterrapporten är 38 cm — en medelstor repetition. Färgställningarna är Light Blue/Coral, Sage/Caramel och Soft Pink — ta gärna hem prov på alla, samma teckning slår olika ut i olika ljus.

Simply Wide Width, som mönstret hör till, är Morris & Co:s svar på en praktisk fråga: hur får man husets klassiska teckningar i gardinvåder utan skarv? Serien rymmer såväl täta vävar som transparenta sheers.
