Capel from Jane Churchill is part of the Kingswood collection and combines a traditional pattern heritage with a relaxed, sophisticated look. The pattern takes clear inspiration from antique rugs and classic kilim weaves, with geometric diamond shapes woven together in a rhythmic structure. By skilfully alternating wider printed stripes in contrasting shades with narrower embroidered borders, a remarkable visual depth is created. The considered combination of printed areas and raised embroidery adds a tactile dimension to the surface of the textile, bringing life, character and inviting warmth to the room.
