Koshi är oval, vilket i sig är ovanligt nog för att förändra ett rum. Mittfältet är en tät, blank viskosyta i djup malakitgrön eller varm valnötsbrun, inramad av en smal rand i bärnstensgult och därefter av en tjock, strålande frans i svart och elfenben som löper hela vägen runt.
Mattan är handtuftad i viskos med ullfrans. Viskosen ger mittfältet en nästan spegelblank lyster som skiftar med ljuset; fransen ger mattan rörelse och gör att den läser som ett objekt snarare än som ett golv.
Den är gjord för att ligga fritt — under ett runt soffbord, framför en öppen spis, eller i ett sovrum vid sängens fotända. Låt inte tunga möbler stå på fransen. Finns i formatet 200 × 300 cm i två färgställningar.
