launceton-taklampa
Launceton ceiling light — Visual Comfort for Visual Comfort & Co.

The Launceton Ceiling Light is designed by Visual Comfort & Co. A ceiling light sets the level of light in a room and is also the first thing you notice. Hung over a table, its lower edge should sit 60–70 cm above the top.

The Launceton Ceiling Light is available in 3 finishes — Polished Nickel, Antique-Burnished Brass and Bronze. The finish matters more than you might think: polished nickel gives a cooler light than brushed brass. The material is nickel & chrome.

The width is 91.4 cm. It weighs 10.0 kg — worth checking against the ceiling mounting before installation. Delivery time is 2-8 weeks. This is a fixture on the larger scale. Over a dining table, you ideally want the width to be roughly half that of the tabletop, so this one suits tables from around 140 cm upwards.

The fixture works particularly well in living rooms and dining rooms. Its design language draws on classic design. The light source is not included. We recommend a dimmable, warm white bulb of around 2700 K to bring out the best in the metal of the fixture.

We are happy to help with lighting planning — how many light points a room needs and where they should go.
