fascio-taklampa-medium
Fascio ceiling light, medium — Lauren Rottet for Visual Comfort & Co.

The Fascio Medium Ceiling Light is the result of a collaboration between Lauren Rottet and Visual Comfort & Co. A ceiling light sets the level of light in a room and is also the first thing you notice. Hung over a table, its lower edge should sit 60–70 cm above the top.

The Fascio Medium Ceiling Light is available in 2 finishes — Hand-Rubbed Antique Brass With Crystal and Polished Nickel With Crystal. The finish matters more than you might think: polished nickel gives a cooler light than brushed brass. The materials are nickel & chrome and glass.

The width is 96.5 cm. It weighs 13.2 kg — worth checking against the ceiling mounting before installation. Delivery time is 2-8 weeks. This is a fixture on the larger scale. Over a dining table, you ideally want the width to be roughly half that of the tabletop, so this one suits tables from around 140 cm upwards.

The fixture works particularly well in living rooms, dining rooms, hallways and bedrooms. Its design language draws on a modern idiom. The light source is not included. We recommend a dimmable, warm white bulb of around 2700 K to bring out the best in the metal of the fixture.

We are happy to help with lighting planning — how many light points a room needs and where they should go.
